Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website brandslabeg.com, to the quote request form and to the session booking form. By using the website or sending a form, you accept them. Production orders are governed by the separate Production Order Terms, which you sign with the order.

1. Who we are

Brands' Lab is a garment factory in New Cairo, Egypt, that makes clothes for brands. The website is operated for Brands' Lab by The Agentic Lab as its developer and processor.

2. What the website is for

The website presents our services and lets you ask for a quote, book a session or write to us. It is intended for businesses and for people acting for a brand. It is not a shop: nothing is bought or paid for on the website.

3. Quotes

A quote request is an invitation for us to make an offer. It is not an order and does not oblige either side. We read every request and reply within a week, with questions or with a quote. A quote we send is valid for the period stated in it. Prices are never published on the website; every model is priced on its own.

4. Sessions

A session is a thirty-minute meeting on Google Meet or at our factory, at the time you pick from the free times shown. Booking a session is free. You may cancel it from the link in your confirmation email, and book another time, up to the time stated in the Meeting and Visit Terms, which apply to every session. A booking is confirmed only by our confirmation email.

5. What you promise

• The details you send are true and belong to you or to the brand you act for.
• You will not send unlawful content, malware, or requests meant to abuse the forms.
• You will not copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the website or its systems.
• You will not use the website to make automated requests.

6. Our content

The website's texts, images, marks and code belong to Brands' Lab or to their respective owners. The Brands' Lab name and emblem are ours. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw parts of it at any time.

8. Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, Brands' Lab is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or from a delay in replying to a request. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

Each version of these terms carries a date and a version number. A new version applies from its date to forms sent after it.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Cairo.
