Meeting and Visit Terms

These terms apply to every session booked through brandslabeg.com, whether online on Google Meet or in person at our factory in New Cairo.

1. The booking

A session is thirty minutes at the time you pick from the free times shown. It is confirmed only by our confirmation email, which carries the details, the calendar file and, for an online session, the Google Meet link. The session is free of charge.

2. Changing or cancelling

You may cancel from the link in your confirmation email up to two hours before the start. To move a session, cancel it and book another time. Up to three sessions may be open at the same time, and two bookings a day may be made from one link. If we must move a session, we tell you by email as early as we can and offer another time.

3. Online sessions

Online sessions run on Google Meet. Google's own terms apply to the use of Meet. We do not record sessions. If you record, tell us first.

4. Visits to the factory

The address and the visiting instructions come in the confirmation email. Visitors stay with their host, follow the safety instructions given on site, and do not photograph the production floor or other clients' work without permission. We may ask a visitor to leave for safety reasons.

5. What you bring

Samples, files and materials you bring to a visit stay yours. Tell us in writing if you want anything returned; otherwise we keep sample pieces for the duration of the quote and dispose of them afterwards.

6. No obligation

A session creates no order and no obligation on either side. Anything discussed becomes binding only through a confirmed quote under the Production Order Terms.

7. Personal data

The booking data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and kept for twelve months after the session.

8. Law

Egyptian law governs. The competent courts of Cairo hear any dispute.
